Gather feedback from customers, support teams, and usability tests to improve documentation. 5. Ensure that documentation bridges the gap between technical details and user understanding. 6. Contribute to onboarding materials, FAQs, tutorials, and troubleshooting guides.

What You’ll Do

  • Use version control and content management systems to track changes and ensure accuracy.

3. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Liaise with UX/UI designers to ensure a cohesive user experience across the product and its help resources.

4. Adherence to Standards:

  • Follow style guides, terminology, and branding guidelines to maintain consistency across all documentation and video content.
  • Use structured writing and plain language principles to make content accessible.

5. Analysis and Improvement:

  • Monitor user engagement with documentation and training materials using analytics tools.
  • Continuously refine content and videos based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving product needs.

6. Localization and Accessibility:

  • Work on making documentation and training videos suitable for diverse audiences, considering localization and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with localization teams for multilingual support.

7. Training and Enablement:

  • Develop internal guides or knowledge bases to train employees and partners on the product.
  • Conduct training sessions for support and sales teams.
