Bob Schafer is President of Ranger Construction, a fourth-generation family-owned asphalt producer and paving contractor serving Central and Southeast Florida. He joined Ranger as a project manager nearly three decades ago and worked his way into leadership. An advocate for mentorship and industry collaboration, Bob has chaired the Florida Transportation Builders Association and served as president of his local AGC chapter.
