Sales Development Representative

The Opportunity

If you’re ready to push the limits and make a difference, we want YOU! This will start as commission only for the first month 2-months as a paid internship. After the 2-month evaluation we have a base for Junior SDR Role which has growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. Working closely with our sales-enablement team, you will generate high-quality leads, schedule meetings, and build relationships with potential clients.

Location is being finalized. Candidates locations could dictate the office location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting efforts through cold-calling to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Set up meetings and product demos for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Stay informed about our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointments set.

What We’re Looking For

  • College Student (Graduate Preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Laptop and Headset is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn) is a plus.
