The Construction Owners Summit (CO Summit) is a signature event series jointly organized by Lumber and Construction Owner Club, taking place across four major U.S. cities in 2025, combining an industry expo and educational programming.

The conference kicks off at 8:00 AM with a Job Fair & Expo, followed by Opening Remarks at 9:00 AM. At 10:00 AM, the Morning Keynote begins in Room 2, featuring a keynote presentation by Rosendin.

The first round of Breakout Sessions starts at 11:10 AM, running until 12:00 PM across four rooms: Room 1 and Room 2 host Industry Sessions, Room 3 offers a Student Session, and Room 4 presents "The Last Human Job – When AI Can't" with Fred Meeske and Jad Chalhoub from Rosendin. 

At 12:00 PM, attendees will gather for Lunch and a Keynote in the Lunch Room from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, where Josh Vitale from Project Built will deliver "Beyond the Blueprint: The Hidden Power of Connection in Construction." 

The afternoon Breakout Sessions begin at 1:30 PM and run until 2:15 PM, featuring Oleg Pravdin from Lumber discussing "AI and Digital Solutions for Next-Gen Talent in Construction" in Room 1, Joe Santoro from SWK presenting "ERP and AI: How Construction Companies Plan to Leverage Modern ERP Software" 

in Room 2, a Student Session in Room 3, and an Industry Panel in Room 4. The second afternoon session runs from 2:30 PM to 3:15 PM, with Theo Halstead from The Rollout Crew presenting "From Frustration to ROI: Making Construction Technology Actually Work" in Room 1, Girish Ramachandra from Lumber discussing "From Burden to Breakthrough: Agentic AI's Impact on Prevailing Wage" in Room 2, a Student Session in Room 3, and an Industry Session in Room 4. 

The event concludes with Closing Remarks at 3:30 PM in Room 2, followed by a Raffles and Awards Ceremony, with the event officially ending at 4:00 PM. Know more
