Frontend Engineer (UI)
The Opportunity
At Lumber, you’ll help build the interfaces that power real construction work in the field and office. As a Frontend UI Engineer, you’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role where your ideas ship quickly, your impact is visible, and your growth is accelerated from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
- Participate in feature developments and bug fixing.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
- Collect and analyze business requirements to develop the best solutions.
- Evaluate existing applications to determine areas of development and improvement.
- Proactively identify and track software performance issues.
- Build a strong relationship with clients and internal teams.
- Provide technical documentation for each development project.
What We’re Looking For
- Understanding of object-oriented design and development.
- In-depth knowledge of the language of Java or React or Both.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and React framework.
- Knowledge of various software design life cycles.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of software architecture.
