The Opportunity

At Lumber, you’ll help build the interfaces that power real construction work in the field and office. As a Frontend UI Engineer, you’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role where your ideas ship quickly, your impact is visible, and your growth is accelerated from day one.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
Participate in feature developments and bug fixing.
Capable of working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
Collect and analyze business requirements to develop the best solutions.
Evaluate existing applications to determine areas of development and improvement.
Proactively identify and track software performance issues.
Build a strong relationship with clients and internal teams.
Provide technical documentation for each development project.

What We’re Looking For

Understanding of object-oriented design and development.
In-depth knowledge of the language of Java or React or Both.
Proficiency in JavaScript and React framework.
Knowledge of various software design life cycles.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of software architecture.
