Chuck Goodrich is the CEO of Gaylor Electric, one of the nation's largest merit-shop electrical contractors. Beginning his career with Gaylor as a college intern in 1991, Chuck rose through the ranks to lead the company with a people-first philosophy centered on leadership, innovation, workforce development, and mentorship. A graduate of Purdue University, he is a past National Chair of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and is widely recognized for his commitment to advancing the skilled trades and shaping the future of construction.
